What was done well? The selling of products was very good, and we made a decent profit from the cup noodles. Logistics for the game was also good and boiling of water was done well to some extent.
What could have been implemented? The buying for the cup noodles was not that efficient, manpower was not planned well.
Reflection of I and E Bazaar (i) What was done well? (ii) WHat could have been impact -Planning -Roles -Execution of duties
We were able to sell most of our product
-We could have planned better like we should have bought lesser noodles -Our roles were not stern and some were gone and some stayed forever -It was quite well done
What went well The sales were up every now and then, and we had earned quite a profit.
What could have been improved Planning We could have made each shift more clear and make sure everyone knows what they were supposed to know and what to do when something goes wrong. Roles The roles were not really made clear enough and many were not aware of what supposed to happen. Execution There were problems and we needed to find solutions when that happened. (Cos of the dumb class beside us that keep tripping the electricity.
What was done well: The game that was made by Nathaniel was brilliant and brought in lots of customers who also bought lots of cup noodles. The game brought in quite a lot of cash and when the customers got tired of the game, the cup noodles started selling well.
What could have been improved? Everything was too rush and we ended up buying the cup noodles for quite an expensive price.
What was done well? The teamwork and presence of most of the classmates during the bazaar.
What could have been improved? We could have followed the schedule of shifts as planned so that the stall would not be overcrowded by the class and also there would not be people being there for all 3 shifts, ending in them being extremely tired.
ii) What could have been improved? The management of the water could have been improved. We could have more electric kettles so that we wouldn't waste the time waiting for the water to get heated up and getting another set of water.
I feel that the execution of the noodle stall was excellent. It was well organized together with our games stall. We made a decent amount of profit as well! Jun Wei did a great job keeping the whole class together, especially when asking about the roles, ideation, etc. Nathaniel too, helped with brainstorming about the game stall.
ii) I thought that maybe we could have improved on our planning prior to the Bazaar because we had a bit of confusion about buying the cup noodles.
What was done well? Teamwork and the location of the stall was done well.
What could have been improved? - Planning of roles might have been more thought of, as majority of the class stayed around the stall for the whole bazaar. - Planning of the marketing could have been more detailed. - Back-up plans could have been planned out before the event to avoid last minute changes.

Hi Zhi An,
DeleteCan you elaborate your second answer... What do you mean by 'not that efficient' and how could the manpower be better planned?
Reflection of I&E Bazaar
ReplyDeleteWhat was done well?
We worked together well to solve unexpected problems.
What could have been improved?
Planning
Should have thought of more suggestions.
Roles (clear)
Yes, except Jean and Isaac were working all shifts.
Execution of duties
Very well, all the jobs were completed.
Hello Golden Eagle,
DeleteWhat were the unexpected problems?
How could the 'planning' stage be improved?

Hello Chiobubear,

Advertising was done well by placing the posters at strategic positions for example at the link way from the hall.
What could have been improved?
The management of the water, could have been better.
By: Isaac, Nathaniel & Hamidshah
Can elaborate your ii) comment... how to manage the water better?
